2. Click on Advanced and then Accessibility.

5. Now, select the cursor color you want from the drop-down box.

“The bug allows a user to recolor cursors if the cursor compositing is enabled. This helps to get a customized cursor color by transforming the grey and black pixels within. This won’t impact the whites or color-tinted pixels of the cursor. That enables a user to set a customized color for the black components of cursors without creating any new assets.”
But, now you do not need to do this as most of the Chromebooks now have the change cursor color option available in the Accessibility settings.
